rden Levy is the founder of Arden Levy Law PLLC.  She focuses her practice on policyholder insurance recovery matters, having helped her clients recoup tens of millions of dollars in cases nationwide.  She represents corporate clients in the healthcare, defense, energy, waste and recycling and retail industries, among others, as well as non-profit clients and executives, to resolve insurance disputes by securing coverage for defense and/or indemnity costs. She also advises clients on insurance programs at annual renewal periods and during corporate changes.

Ms. Levy helps corporate financial managers, in-house counsel and defense counsel resolve insurance issues in an efficient and cost-effective manner, often before litigation and/or through confidential settlements.  She recovers insurance monies in matters involving a wide range of claims, including FCA/FCPA matters, government investigations and enforcement actions, employment liability, event cancellation, cyber theft and privacy, health and managed care issues, copyright and trademark, product liability, environmental remediation costs, business interruption, bankruptcy, property, bad faith, broker liability and allocation of coverage obligations between and among insurers.  With over 20 years of litigation and trial experience in both the government and private practice, as well as experience as a mediator and arbitrator, Ms. Levy assists clients with risk management to maximize their profitability.

Before founding her own firm, Ms. Levy practiced both on her own and with larger insurance coverage practice groups for over 15 years.  In addition to insurance recovery work, she also has successfully represented clients in government investigations and enforcement actions, in multi-district litigation matter, environmental and product liability matters, and antitrust matters.  Prior to private practice, Ms. Levy served in the United States Army Judge Advocate General’s Corps for 12 years, leaving at the rank of Major.  While in the service, Ms. Levy prosecuted felony jury trials, represented clients in criminal appeals — including a capital defendant, and defended the Army against employment claims brought in federal courts.  She also deployed to Kuwait as a Legal Officer with the 1st Cavalry Division.
