As pro hac vice counsel with Bailey Law PC, Arden Levy authored and argued a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Subject Matter Jurisdiction before the Alexandria Circuit Court, obtaining a favorable ruling on behalf of the Ethiopian Orthodox Tewahido Hamere Noah Kidane Mehret Church.  See Kidanie v.
